I am caring counselor and listener with over a decade of professional mental health experience. I utilize EMDR to help clients process past trauma and IFS (parts work) to help you understand the different, sometimes conflicting, versions of yourself. I will also help you practice coping skills using CBT, ACT, and DBT skills to manage your mood and anxiety to gain stability.
