In my practice, my goal is to always meet clients where they are and identify the strategies that will help them make meaningful and lasting changes in their lives. I recognize that some people seek therapy with clearly defined goals in mind, while others are simply trying to "figure things out" and determine their future directions. I tailor my approach to the individual needs of each client, and draw from my 25+ years of clinical experience when developing treatment plans. I offer individual and couples therapy, either in person or via phone or video conferencing when necessary. Goal directed coaching services are also available.
