About
I work with clients toward resolution and healing from the impacts of traumatic experiences, grief and loss using a trauma-informed approach. I believe successful counseling is "relational"; therefore, warmth, compassion, acceptance, consent, and safety are foundational in my approach. In our first session we will get to know each other, determine if we "fit", and if what I can provide will be of help. We will move forward from there, working in collaboration to establish goals and timeframes.
