My practice is based on acceptance, empathy, and empowerment through learning about one's innate strengths. Being open, honest, and vulnerable are key to life satisfaction. People need, and have a right, to be truly listened to in a caring, non-judgmental manner. You are the expert on your life. My role is assisting you in conquering the obstacles blocking your way to fulfillment. It is important to be able to be your authentic self. I have experience assisting people with depression, anxiety, and grief. I also have experience assisting people with borderline personality disorder and developmental and intellectual disabilities.
