I'm Dr. Amy Casey, a multi-state licensed, multi-board certified mental health clinician and supervisor ready to support you in reaching your goals for peace of mind and behavior change. I believe in everyone's ability to get in touch with their innate courage and resilience. And when the going gets tough, I'm here to offer a safe and nonjudgmental therapeutic space to move forward. I specialize in PTSD, addictions, mood disorders (depression/anxiety/bipolar) with adults and adolescents, including supporting the unique needs of Military Active Duty/Veterans and their families, sexual abuse survivors, women's psychology, relationship issues and work stressors. I'm skilled in offering CBT, Emotion regulation, EMDR, and Mindfulness.
