Hi there, thank you for allowing me to be a part of your healing journey. I am a licensed professional counselor in the states of Arizona, and Utah, with experience implementing the mind body connection as it relates to trauma. I implement Mindfulness, Internal Family Systems level 1 trained, EMDR and Motivational Interviewing. I am trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and enjoy teaching and practicing DBT skills in sessions. As a psychotherapist, I’ve learned pain can be released, trauma can be resolved and healing is your birthright. Trauma is my area of expertise and informs my understanding of the world. My approach is integrative, collaborative, client-centered and includes being able to focus on the goals of clients. I enjoy working with teens, adults and have experience working with active duty, veterans, first responders and professional athletes.
