I am Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years of experience in the counseling field. I enjoy working with people from adolescence to adults, including those who are aging, and specialize in supporting people in relationship work, depression, anxiety, attachment wounds career challenges and emotion intelligence. I love working with people who are curious and ready to build insight in order to deepen their connections with others. I believe that we are meant to be in relationship with one another and when we learn how to be over authentic selfs we deepen our connections and relationships.
