I provide professional, confidential counseling to individuals and families. I specialize in Substance Use therapy, EMDR, Co-occurring disorders, utilizing the Cognitive Behavioral Model and Stages of Change/Motivational Interviewing. In addition, I have extensive knowledge in treating disorders such as anxiety, depression, and PTSD. I have experience with couples/family counseling as my MSW specialty was in Family Systems/Child Welfare. I provide a compassionate, comfortable environment and use multiple therapeutic techniques to develop strengths and new coping skills.
