I strongly believe in working with clients to develop trust and empower them to address difficult subjects. I work to assist clients with identifying their strengths and how to best utilize those strenghts to develop coping strategies. I have over 20 years of experiences as a therapist working with children, adolescents, adults and families. My primary therapeutic approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
