I am a psychotherapist working with individuals and couples. I specialize in the areas of trauma, childhood abuse & neglect, grief, loss, depression, anxiety, and relationship challenges. Communities and relationships are complex in how they injure, oppress, support and sustain us. I believe that authentic connection, reflective insight, social justice and empathic truth-telling can be transformative. It is vital to us as humans to be present and to hold the complexity of our lives. My work is about helping individuals cope more effectively, affirm their identities, sustain healthy relationships, and cultivate life meaning.
