I am a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional and specialize in the treatment of depression, anxiety, relationship conflict, and trauma. The goals of therapy are to help you heal from wounds and to learn the skills to manage distressing feelings and emotions, so you can live life fully present, calm and confident.
