In Touch Counseling Center, LLC has moved to a new address! I am providing individual, family and couples therapy In person and Telehealth for individuals experiencing depression, generalized anxiety, low self-esteem and worth, grief over loss, eating disorders, negative body image, borderline personality disorder, relationship conflict and chronic stress I am proficient in teaching the skills within the DBT and CBT models. I use strength-based perspectives and ACT to help motivate individuals feeling stuck in toxic relationships, thinking styles and emotionality.
