I am an integrative counselor who offers a warm, supportive space where clients feel heard and understood. I work with adults and older adults, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and mindfulness to help with anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions including grief, self-esteem, and emotional overwhelm. My approach is collaborative and compassionate, focused on building insight, resilience, and practical tools for meaningful change.
