As an experienced and skilled therapist, having spent 13 years working in the largest psychiatric hospital in NJ and 7 years in private practice, I help, adolescents, adults, and older adults address their relational and emotional challenges. My aim is to empower you to find your solutions and change self-defeating patterns. My specialties include: anxiety, depression, trauma, LGBTQ+ issues, and older adults. Additionally, I supervise and train therapists toward their certification. We will work together focusing on your goals to give you the life you desire for yourself.
