Welcome! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 11 years of experience in mental health. I specialize in helping individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship/ family conflicts, parenting issues/postpartum, life transitions, immigration, poor body image, and low self-esteem. Therapy is a safe space to explore, process, and understand your emotions, and I do so with a feminist, social justice, and humanistic lens. In our first session, my hope is to get a better understanding of who you are and the struggles that you are facing. We will explore if you have specific goals in therapy and discuss a treatment plan.
