I believe healing happens best in relationships that feel safe, honest, and collaborative. My role is not to “fix” you, but to walk alongside you as you make sense of your experiences, reconnect with your inner strengths, and move toward the life you want to live. I work with clients who often feel overwhelmed, stuck, emotionally exhausted, or disconnected from themselves or others. Many of the people I support are navigating trauma, anxiety, substance use or recovery, major life transitions, relationship challenges, or the pressure of feeling like they need to “hold it all together.”
