Over the past 30 years I have helped individuals heal from developmental trauma using DBT, DBT-PE, and EMDR. My approach combines structure, compassion, and evidence-based methods to support emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and trauma recovery. I've worked in residential treatment programs, public schools, and outpatient settings, as a senior clinician, program director, and supervisor of newly licensed clinicians. I enjoy working with clients and their families. I provide clinical supervision to LPCA's, LPC's, and LMHC's.
