My passion is to help others identify their unique, beautiful, authentic selves. This world is not going to be easy on us. Therefore, it is up to each of us to determine if we are going to let it harden us, keeping us from relationship with others, or if we will brave being soft and connected. I see trauma not as a prison sentence, but something that provides the opportunity to reveal glory. I love stories of restoration and resilience, stories that bring purpose to our grief and pain, bringing light to the beauty always being revealed in and around us.
