My name is Jacquelyn Mitchell, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in Jackson, CA, and working with clients statewide via telehealth. I work with adults and specialize in anxiety, depression, and trauma. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Therapy to help my clients make progress, feel better, and improve the quality of their lives. Both Modalities help me, and my client build a shared understanding of their reality and allow us to work together to create a path forward.
