It can be difficult to understand the patterns that contribute to our pain, but the process can be easier with the help of an unbiased therapist. My individual clients are seeking support with their daily anxiety and want to build self-love and acceptance. We work together to create goals and actionable steps to restore peace within. With couples, I focus on premarital therapy to ensure couples are aligned, as well as therapy after a breach of trust like infidelity. I enjoy working with couples to address negative communication patterns and to restore trust. My clients tend to be motivated to change, and I am there to guide.
