Hello! If you are reading this, you are at least considering taking a pretty significant step in your mental health. Welcome! After over 20 years of experience in the mental health field, and 14 years as a clinical therapist, I’ve gotten pretty good at meeting clients exactly where they are at. I am highly experienced in helping adults and adolescents address trauma, complex trauma, and anxiety, but also enjoy walking with my clients through depressive symptoms, life transitions, and finding their voice. I primarily utilize a client-centered approach alongside my training and skills in EMDR, attachment, and CBT.
