Not feeling like yourself? Enough is enough already? Are there issues in relationships that are not working for you anymore? Do you need help navigating life? Sometimes we can handle things on our own and I am here to teach you all the tools to do that, and other times we need another person's nervous system to help us to co-regulate. I'm guessing you want to feel alive and motivated, creative and connected (to yourself and others). Life can be incredibly hard sometimes and the world isn't set up to give us all the time and space to recover. Therapy is where we slow down together, feel feelings and learn new ways of handling life.
