Working through challenging chapters of our story can lead us to question the understanding we have of ourselves and our place in the world, making our grasp on hope feel messy and tenuous. As a counselor, I will step into your story gently and walk alongside, as you pick up the broken pieces, examine them, and explore paths toward hope and healing. I specialize in working with older teens and adults working through anxiety, relational challenges, trauma, and parenting concerns. I have experience working with first responders, teachers, Dads, and clients facing domestic violence and abuse. Your concerns are unique to you and my approach to counseling reflects that. I am a client-centered, relational, and integrative counselor. I believe you are capable of increasing wholeness and well-being. I draw from a variety of counseling theories and research which promote discovery, insight, mind-body-spirit connectedness, lasting change, and healing.
