About
Everyone carries a story about how they’ve had to adapt—how they make sense of the world, relate to others, and seek calm in moments of overwhelm. I help clients slow down, tune in, and find steadier ways to move through the world. Whether I’m working with a child whose emotions show up as big behaviors, a teen feeling misunderstood, a young adult exploring identity, or an adult navigating burnout, my approach invites curiosity, creativity, and compassion. I also provide consultation and collaborate with parents, families, and allied professionals to strengthen the systems that care for each client—at home, in school, and community. I specialize in supporting neurodivergent children, teens, and adults—including self-identified or late-diagnosed people navigating autism, ADHD, sensory processing, and executive functioning challenges. I help with school and workplace accommodations, collaborate with families and providers, and address anxiety tied to transitions or sensory overwhelm.
