I believe in an individual's desire for self-awareness. I hope to provide a comfortable environment where, as the client, you can explore your choices for the future. When you able to adopt a different view of yourself you gain insight which can make the possibilities endless and the excitement for change contagious. I see individuals who have been working hard and are still struggling to understand why they feel and/or think as they do. I also work with parents who want to do their best for their child(ren) while developing deeper relationships with themselves. As the therapist, I actively participate in this process while you have the control which so often you may not have felt you have had in your life. I specialize in anxiety, mood issues, life changes and parenting issues and have worked with families involved with the courts. I am trained in EMDR and am currently providing in-person and telehealth.
