I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years of experience. My practice is dedicated to supporting girls & women (age 13 and up), as they navigate life's challenges, transitions, and turning points. I specialize in women’s mental health and the unique experiences that shape it—including self-esteem, identity, PTSD and trauma recovery, anxiety, depression, and relationship patterns. I am passionate about creating a safe, affirming space where women can reflect, heal, and grow. Additionally, I love working with college students & my office is located 1.5 miles from the CSU campus in Fort Collins.
