I truly enjoy what I do. I feel my job is to get to know people and help them get "unstuck" from the many difficulies and challenges that life gives us. In my practice, we work together to live better, learn new skills, and move forward in life. Recently, I have come to enjoy helping the First Responder community and their families. I feel very fortunate that I have been able to work in mental health and help individuals, couples, and families for over 25 years.
