Just like the gardener I am in my spare time, I wish to nurture your individual growth and support you to adapt and thrive in the garden of your life. I wish to understand who you are, find your strengths, feed your unique wants and needs, and root out the problems and issues that are getting in the way of your ability to blossom. Much like the roots of a plant, I believe that digging in and creating a safe place of acceptance, warmth, trust and empathy (the soil) provides the groundwork to explore challenges and aspirations in one’s life.
