My greatest joy as a therapist is helping clients find hope as they explore ways to make meaningful changes in their lives. At the heart of my work is a deep belief in hope, healing, and the strength people carry within themselves. I believe healing happens in a space where people feel truly seen, heard, and accepted. I strive to create a warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe, understood, and supported throughout their counseling journey. I hold a Master’s degree in Community Counseling and am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I have worked in the behavioral health field with children and adults since 2001, with a special passion for supporting children, teens and families. My focus is helping clients overcome life’s obstacles by reconnecting with their own inner strengths, skills, and resilience. I work with concerns such as anxiety, depression, & trauma attachment challenges.
