Life can feel lonely, hopeless, stressful, chaotic, noisy (or insert adjective choice here). My hope is to embark on a journey with you to better understand the "why" behind the struggles, determine what we can control versus need to let go as the "driver" of our lives (cue "Jesus Take the Wheel" chorus in Carrie Underwood's song or the Beatles "Let It Be" chorus), learn how to cope, and give ourselves permission to feel all the feelings we have.
