Hi and welcome/bienvenidos! My name is Elizabeth Aguilar-Godinez, LMFT. I am a bilingual, Spanish speaking Clinician and work with cultural related issues, family/familia dynamics, anxiety, depression and stress. I have extensive experience in working with children, adolescents and young adults. I am Certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and specialize in working through childhood trauma and how it continues to impact us into adulthood. My approach is sharing my knowledge with my clients and helping them find the light within so that they can work through this difficult time in their lives.
