Serenity now…that’s the goal! We cannot control everything in our environment but we can cultivate inner peace and emotional health. I enjoy supporting neurodivergent individuals and couples. In addition to formal training, I draw from lived experience, which cultivates a compassionate and practical approach to care. I prioritize ongoing education and staying up-to-date with current research and therapeutic techniques. If you struggle with anxiety, depression, phobias; or need support with navigating a major life change, grieving a loss, communication challenges, or betrayal trauma I would love the opportunity to help.
