About

As a licensed therapist, my goal is to create a space that is empathetic, safe, and encourages growth for clients that want to improve their mental health and wellbeing. I see many different clients based on their individual needs. I also have a passion for helping those her serve others. Being associated with Cadence Counseling, I am a first responder focused clinician which may include healthcare workers, law enforcement, first responders, veterans etc. as well as their families. This however does not exclude other individuals that may be looking for services! My therapeutic approach is eclectic and integrates cognitive behavioral therapist (CBT), mindfulness techniques, evidence-based interventions, and person-centered planning. I have experience working within a mental health crisis program as well as previously working as a foster care worker with close involvement with the court system and law enforcement.
