Hello! Life is often challenging and many people struggle on their own. I understand it can be a difficult decision to ask for help, but therapy is a great way to find support. It is my desire to work with you to help identify goals and develop a plan together to address and resolve your current struggles. I am a trauma-informed therapist, and have specialized training in this area. I work with a variety of issues, such as trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, life transitions, or assisting people in connecting more deeply with others and increasing satisfaction in their relationships.
