I work with individuals who are experiencing anxiety, perfectionism, relationship difficulties, trauma and OCD, especially those feeling emotionally overwhelmed, having difficulty setting boundaries, feeling disconnected from themselves, and struggling with rescuing others. Most people come to my practice wanting to feel better. My belief is that exploring and nurturing our connection to ourselves and others is the pathway to feeling good. As a therapist, I collaborate with clients to foster self-connection through co-investigating one’s internal landscape of emotions, thoughts, beliefs, perspectives, intuitions, and imaginings.
