I am passionate about working with children and families to help them find emotional and mental wellbeing. I believe an empathetic and trusting therapeutic relationship is the foundation the growth and progress. I have substantial experience working with children 12 y.o. and under. Being a kid (or parent) is not easy, especially right now. I would love to support you and your child in whatever manner is needed. I enjoy teaching kids about emotions and calming strategies, helping process stressful or traumatic experiences, teaching social-emotional awareness, and providing guidance to parents.
