Life can certainly be a struggle at times. Aging, whether you are just beginning to feel it or you have been moving through it for some time, is hard. Feelings of loss, depression, anger, shame, guilt and/or anxiety can waylay us and make it difficult to cope. Problems with independence, relationships, family conflicts, health issues, professional work and grief from loss can all be overwhelming.
