Hello, I am a licensed mental health counselor. I have lived in Texas, Colorado, Massachusetts and now New Hampshire. I have been practicing for over 25 years. My experience enables me to provide well rounded care to individuals. Everyone has a different life experience, different circumstances that brought you to where you are today. We are doing the best we can but sometimes may feel stuck. My approach is to work collaboratively to improve your life experience. During our initial session, we will introduce ourselves, discuss what brought you to therapy, what you want out of therapy and our expectations. We will work together to determine goals and how best meet your needs.
