I am an online only therapist with over 32 years of experience. As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Vermont. Further, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida, as an out-of-state telehealth provider. I utilize a variety of approaches and tailor treatment to meet each client’s specific needs. I am trauma informed, strengths based, and solution focused in developing strategies to help promote personal growth. I currently hold several certifications - including various Trauma work, CBT, DBT, Grief Work, Mood Disorders, Substance Use Disorders, Military, etc. I am passionate in helping people navigate their personal journey and accompanying challenges. My experience includes managing a large community mental health center; substance use treatment; the LGBTQIA2+ community; post adoption work; raising a child with disabilities; and navigating the courts, disabilities, and the special education systems.
