When we encounter difficulties in our lives we are effected in physical, emotional, cognitive and spiritual ways. I work to help my clients understand how their history impacts them on many levels and how our past, overtime, creates patterns of communication and sets the stage that determines how we deal with life's ups and downs. If we can gain understanding of the past and connect the dots between where we began and where we are today, then we can begin to heal and create new effective ways to communicate, build healthy relationships and realize more fulfillment in our lives.
