Many people struggle to cope with everyday issues related to depression, anxiety, substance abuse, growing up in dysfunctional homes, trauma, abuse, grief, self-esteem, self-worth, and more. I work with individuals and families using talk therapy to promote optimum mental and emotional health related to these issues. I have experience working with many populations, including adolescent and adult clients struggling with substance abuse and mental health. I work with clients to help them uncover underlying beliefs about themselves and the world around them to better equip them with the skills to overcome adversity and challenges.
