Children, adolescents, adults, and families are supported in a compassionate, client-centered space focused on building lasting emotional well-being. Therapy helps individuals and families work through conflict, strengthen communication, and develop healthy coping skills for everyday challenges at home, school, and in relationships. Evidence-based approaches are used to support emotional regulation, resilience, and confidence. In addition to weekly therapy, In addition to weekly therapy, I offer 1–3 day intensives that help adolescents increase their self worth and thrive in confidence.
