I work with adults 18 and older. I have over 15 years experience in mental health. I work with anxiety, depression, trauma, life/situational stressors and nutrition for mental health. I use various interventions and tools to assist in meeting your mental health needs and goals. Seeking out therapy and a therapist is not an easy process for many people.
