My history with Yale New Haven Hospital has provided extensive clinical experience and training working with individuals facing mental health challenges, chronic illness, pregnancy and postpartum care. I also have school-based counseling experience. I have worked with people experiencing stress, burnout, anxiety and depression around life changes, relationships and trauma.
