I enjoy working with a broad range of clients—from children who have been impacted by trauma to adults navigating life changes, unresolved trauma, anxiety, or depression. I am especially passionate about walking alongside members of the LGBTQIA+ community and their allies, providing a space where authenticity and identity are honored. I honor that each person is unique, with different needs, and I tailor my sessions to meet you where you are in the moment. I believe we all need a safe, supportive space to be heard and to process the challenges life brings at different stages of our journey. For the past 16 years, I have supported children, adults, and families impacted by trauma, complex trauma, and attachment disruptions. I also have extensive experience working across all ages with concerns such as depression, anxiety, grief and loss, and the stress of life transitions.
