I am certified sex therapist (American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists) and EMDR therapist (EMDR International Association) with experience working with individuals struggling with anxiety, grief, trauma and depression. I also enjoy working with clients who are struggling in their relationships. I’m passionate about sexual wellbeing and believe that all consensual relationships are valid. I have a deep appreciation for the mind-body connection and use my fitness background to help clients develop anxiety and stress reduction strategies as part of their therapeutic journeys.
