Hi! I am a caring, warm and friendly person who strives to put clients at ease when coming to sessions, especially when so many other difficulties may be going on for you! My goal is to give you the space to process things that are coming up and find the best next step to reach your goals, no matter what that might be! I'm ready to find realistic and attainable solutions, and go back to the drawing board to help you find the things that will actually work for you! In our first session you can expect me to get to know you! It'll be a time to share about challenges that you're facing so we can determine the best course of treatment, but also a time to share about the things that make you, you-both are important!
