Hi, I’m Amy – and I’m a firm believer in establishing a safe therapeutic relationship where you are free to explore your story with openness and curiosity. I work with children, teens, and adults, navigating things from anxiety and depression, to grief, life adjustments, neurodivergence and familial conflict. You can expect to be treated with warmth, deep curiosity and at times playful humor as we take the time to explore the things that make you unique as well as find creative ways to cope with life’s ups and downs.
