I have over 25 years of experience working with adults and teens seeking relief from fear, anxiety, stress, anger, sadness, trauma and isolation & wanting more joy and a sense of wellbeing in their lives. I also have expertise working with people experiencing burnout, and work-related stress. I welcome working with individuals from all backgrounds, races, cultures, and gender identities, and I love working with people from the LGBTQ+ community, activists, artists and change makers.
