Do you find yourself shut down, unsure of why you are responding the way you are, suppressing your feelings or feeling like you feel too "much"? Do you struggle in relationships, life or day to day living due to your trauma? Are you unsure of where you belong? I work with people in all walks of life to process unresolved feelings due to trauma. I strive to provide a safe and non judgmental space, in order for you to develop coping mechanisms for trauma symptoms ( anxiety, depression, addiction, etc) and to explore aspects of yourself. I would love to sit down with you and hold space for you as you navigate your journey to healing.
